Welcome to Modern Americana, a completely remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home designed for comfort, style, and an incredibly convenient Lubbock stay. With a sophisticated take on Americana—rich navy tones, warm woods, leather, brass accents, and thoughtfully selected furnishings—the home feels fresh, upscale, and inviting.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Modern Americana puts you close to many of the places that bring guests to Lubbock. The Medical District and both Covenant campuses are less than a mile away, UMC is approximately 1.5 miles away, and Texas Tech is about a mile from the house. Jones AT&T Stadium and United Supermarkets Arena are approximately 2 miles away. You’ll also have quick access to the Marsha Sharp Freeway, making it easy to reach restaurants, shopping, and destinations throughout the city.

All three bedrooms feature blackout curtains and 55” Smart TVs with active YouTube TV, so everyone can relax with their own space at the end of the day. Guest bedrooms include closets and luggage racks, while the primary bedroom features a convenient hanging station.

PRIMARY SUITE

The primary king bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fresh linens, plush towels, and essential bath amenities are provided so you can settle in without bringing the basics from home.

BATHROOMS

The second full bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower combination, making it especially convenient for families and groups.

Both bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels, hair dryers, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All bed and bath linens are provided, including our 5-star-quality sheets.

LIVING ROOM

Gather together in the comfortable living room featuring a 65” Smart TV with YouTube TV, electric fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa.

Whether you’re watching the game after a day at Texas Tech, relaxing after work, or spending an evening with family, the living space was designed to feel just as comfortable as home.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR

The remodeled kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. You’ll find a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils, spices, oils, and the everyday kitchen essentials you need to actually cook during your stay.

The dining table provides seating for 8 guests.

Start your mornings at the dedicated coffee bar, stocked with both K-Cups and ground coffee, plus creamers and sugar to get your stay started.

PRIVATE BACKYARD + FIRE PIT

One of our favorite spaces at Modern Americana is the completely private, fenced backyard.

Step onto the deck and gather around the propane fire pit in the Adirondack chairs or built-in bench seating. A propane gas grill is also available for cookouts, and we provide the propane for both the grill and fire pit.

It’s an ideal spot to enjoy a Lubbock evening after a game, workday, hospital visit, or day exploring the city.
